What perspective do you wear on the reform of the statutes of Generali

Antoine Bernheim was added to the group in the past, it could still bring more in the future. My feeling and my wish is that any management team be renewed for a period of three years.

What is the dynamics of Generali France group

Three countries, the Italy, the France and the Germany are approximately 80 of the activity of Generali. The Italian market is much better than others in terms of growth and profitability for structural reasons. In life, the value of the new production (NBVA) of Generali is 20 in Italy, 8 in France after cost of capital. The Germany remains a difficult market. We have not developed a great partnership with a banking player policy. We could be led to do so. It is not urgent or priority.

What are the conditions that a merger is bearing fruit

So a merge is going well, there is a single recipe, it is the speed of action. It must also have teams to carry out these operations well. In reaching for Generali in April 2002, I found the necessary skills. In addition, we have had no difficulty to attract talents, spontaneously seduced by the Generali model.

Do you develop on health insurance

This market is not the hen egg of gold that some people describe. I have not an example of a single country in the world who knew stemming rising health expenditures and find an appropriate regulatory system. What Governments do or say, health spending will continue to increase. Therefore, this raises the question of funding and the optimization of the system, which seeks the responsibility of all actors.
